SONCAP证书激活具体步骤做如下说明：

1.    First step: open this website:  https://soncap.son.gov.ng/certificateActivation/webform

第一步：打开此网页： https://soncap.son.gov.ng/certificateActivation/webform

2.According to your demand, click to activate PC/SONCAP

第二步：根据您的需要，选择激活PC或者SONCAP

3. Fill in these info and submit

第三步：填写这些信息并提交

(1) Activate PC

(2) Activate SONCAP

（2）激活SONCAP

4. Wait for the result

第四步：等待结果
